We do not fully punch the holes in our rubber straps. If you have purchased a watch with a rubber strap, please punch the correct hole for your wrist size with the tongue of the watch buckle, using the indents on the reverse of your strap as a guide. As a general rule, you should choose a hole that makes the watch feel tight on your wrist, as the buckle will settle into a looser position.
If you need any further instructions or help regarding the construction of your watch, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always happy to help.
