All Instrmnt watches come with a 2 year warranty valid from date of purchase* when bought directly from our web store or one of our official stockists. This covers any mechanical fault or manufacturing issue that occurs during normal usage. 

Your warranty does not cover daily wear and tear, water damage, battery replacements, damage or aesthetic changes to the strap, loss or theft.

Please contact us directly in regard to any warranty claims.



Once you have returned your watch to us we will inspect and look to diagnose the problem. If it cannot be fixed, a replacement will be issued immediately.


* 2 year warranty applies to all watches purchased after 1st July 2016. All watches purchased prior to this date have a 1 year warranty as standard.
