UNITED KINGDOM

Watches + jackets ship for free. Orders are shipped via DPD, usually on a next-day service.

Watch strap orders are sent via Royal Mail (2-3 days) free of charge, or for £5 via DPD (1-2 days).

£5 Umbrella shipping. All umbrellas are shipped via DPD, usually on a next day service.

Individual Catch trays are sent via Royal Mail for free as standard. Catch trays with metal accessories are sent via DPD for £5 (1-2 days).

No import tax will be due on any Instrmnt Applied Design products sent to the US.

Watches + jackets ship for free. Orders are shipped via DHL. Some East Coast orders may arrive next-day. Please allow up to 5 days for other locations.

Watch strap orders are sent via Royal Mail untracked (7-21 days) free of charge, or for £7 via a tracked Royal Mail service (6-21 days).

£15, ‘Duty Paid’ Watch Shipping.

All watches + jackets are shipped via DPD, and take between 2-4 days to arrive dependent on location. ‘Duty Paid’ means that we pay all customs charges on your behalf. The price you see on our website is the total amount due.

Watch Strap orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked Service, £5. (7-31 days). Please note: RM orders to some destinations are currently taking in excess of a month to arrive. Strap orders are NOT sent duty paid: any applicable duty or tax will have to be paid before the package is released for delivery. Your courier will contact you to to arrange this.

£10 Umbrella Shipping.
All umbrellas ship via DPD (2-4 days).

£15 Catch tray shipping. All trays are shipped via DPD. (2-4 days).

A flat shipping fee of £15 will be charged for all orders, shipped via DHL. Customers in countries not listed above are additionally liable for all duty and customs fees.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely case you receive goods that are faulty or damaged we are happy to pay the return postage costs. If the goods being returned aren’t faulty, the customer is liable for any costs associated with returning the product.
